Delete your DhakaVPN account
You can permanently delete your account directly from the DhakaVPN Android app.
- Open DhakaVPN and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Enter your password and confirm deletion.
What is deleted
Your profile, login tokens, VPN peer keys, support tickets, ticket screenshots, messages, and app notification records are deleted. Voucher transaction records may remain for fraud prevention and financial record-keeping, but are no longer linked to your deleted account.
Need help?
If you cannot access the app, email dhakaclouds@gmail.com from the address registered to your account and ask for account deletion. We may request verification before completing the request.
